In this Moreland election campaign there will be 20 candidates running in Northeast Ward, 18 in Northwest Ward and 12 in South Ward. The Moreland Greens have released a local transport plan detailing a major upgrade for public transport in the City of Moreland. The plan outlines the local developments included in the Greens $14 billion blueprint that will allow Melburnians to go anywhere by public transport with high-frequency train, tram and bus services covering 101 major centres.
